An Exciting Opportunity for
Teen Lifeline Donors!

Reduce your income tax payment or increase your tax refund!


Teen Lifeline has been approved by the State of Arizona as a Qualifying Charitable Organization for the credit for donations made to QCOs.  Each person can donate up to $200 (or up to $400 per couple filing jointly) and receive a dollar for dollar CREDIT on their Arizona tax return.

In order to receive the tax credit for 2015, please make donations by
December 31, 2015. This credit is in ADDITION to those you can receive for the
Arizona School Tax Credit. 
A $200 donation will fund 2 crisis calls, save lives and go right back into your pocket!
